Just Dogs takes all reasonable care to ensure the safety and wellbeing of dogs while in our care. All dogs are groomed with compassion, professionalism, and appropriate handling at all times. 2. Owner Responsibility By using our services, owners confirm that: • Their dog is in good health and fit to be groomed • Any medical conditions, allergies, behavioural issues, or history of aggression have been fully disclosed prior to grooming • Their dog is up to date with vaccinations where required or relevant Just Dogs cannot be held responsible for issues arising from undisclosed conditions. 3. Behaviour & Aggression • Dogs showing aggressive, highly anxious, or unsafe behaviour may be refused, muzzled, or grooming may be stopped for safety reasons • Just Dogs accepts no liability for injury caused by a dog to staff, other dogs, or itself due to aggressive or unpredictable behaviour Owners may be liable for costs arising from damage or injury caused by their dog. 4.
