Let your dog experience the best grooming services. Our experienced groomers will ensure your dog is tidy, clean, and pampered, taking into account their breed and age-specific needs.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required at the time of booking to secure your dog’s grooming appointment. This amount will be deducted from the final grooming fee if the appointment goes ahead. We kindly ask for a 24 hours’ notice for a cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations less than this will result in the deposit being forfeited. If you miss your appointment without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited and and future bookings will require full prepayment. Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule to avoid disrupting orher appointments.
